Adult Sale Contract
Section 1: Sale Terms
The Buyer agrees to purchase the adult French Bulldog described below under the terms specified by Hot Stuff Frenchies. All sales are final.
Section 2: Puppy Back Provision
If a puppy-back agreement is included, the Buyer agrees to return one puppy (as designated) from a specified future litter to Hot Stuff Frenchies by 8 weeks of age.
Section 3: Breeding Standards
Buyer agrees to breed the dog responsibly, with health-tested partners, and to consult Hot Stuff Frenchies prior to any pairing.
Section 4: Health Responsibility
All veterinary costs after transfer are the Buyer's responsibility. Hot Stuff Frenchies provides no health guarantee on adult dogs.
Section 5: Non-Transfer
This contract is non-transferable. Buyer may not sell or rehome the dog without prior written consent from Hot Stuff Frenchies.
