Guardian Home Contract
This Guardian Home Contract is entered into between Hot Stuff Frenchies ("Breeder") and the Guardian Family ("Guardian") for the placement and co-ownership of an AKC French Bulldog.
Care Standards
The Guardian agrees to provide the dog with indoor living, high-quality food, fresh water, regular veterinary care, and a loving home environment at all times.
Breeding Cooperation
The Guardian agrees to make the dog available for breeding on Breeder's schedule. All associated veterinary and transportation costs for breeding will be covered by the Breeder.
Health Protocols
The Guardian agrees to follow all health and vaccination protocols as directed by the Breeder's veterinarian. The dog will not be spayed/neutered until the Breeder authorizes it.
No Transfer
The Guardian may not sell, rehome, or transfer the dog to any other party without written consent from the Breeder.
Completion of Program
Upon completion of the breeding program (as defined by the Breeder), full ownership of the dog transfers permanently to the Guardian at no additional cost.
Breach of Contract
Any breach of this contract may result in the return of the dog to the Breeder. The Breeder's decision in cases of dispute is final.
